MDW Salary Details

According to MOM regulations, MDW is entitled to at least ONE day off per month.

Maid Loan/Placement Fee

Maid Loan/Placement Fee are the cost helpers incurred to work in Singapore, which you, the employer, initially pay. This amount is NOT an extra expense for you; it is reimbursed by deducting from the maid's salary over the first few months until it is fully repaid.

Terms & Conditions

Default payment methods are Bank Transfer or PayNow. A processing fee of 3.5% per transaction will be charged for payments made via Credit or Debit card.

  • Employers are entitled to one replacement within 12 months at $0 agency fee, under the condition that the current MDW is returned to the Agency at its request before the maid loan is fully repaid. Employers are responsible for covering replacement charges: MOM fees, insurance, and maid loan.
  • If an instalment payment fails, the Employer must settle the due amount within three days from the instalment due date.
  • All MDWs will be deployed to Employers at the Agency's office. Late changes to the date and time of handover may incur surcharges for lodging or change requests.
  • Additional fees may apply for flight arrangements during peak season rates or on public holidays.
  • The Agency reserves the right to reject any terms set by the Employer for the MDW that are deemed inappropriate.
